Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is collected on this site, for what purpose, and what rights you have in relation to it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

This is a translation for reference. The Spanish version is the authoritative one.

1. Data controller

This site is a personal research and advocacy project, with no legal personality of its own and no associated commercial activity.

2. What data is collected and for what purpose

This site has no database of its own and no admin panel: it is hosted as static pages (GitHub Pages) and does not directly store any personal data. The only personal data collected is what you voluntarily enter yourself in the contact form, for two distinct purposes:

No data is collected unless you fill in and submit the form. This site does not use cookies, visit analytics, or any other tracking mechanism.

3. How the submission is processed

The form uses Web3Forms as a technical intermediary: it receives the submission and forwards it directly by email to the data controller. Web3Forms acts as a data processor and processes the data only for this forwarding, in accordance with its own privacy policy. The submission may involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, as Web3Forms is a service based in the United States.

There is no automated mailing list: if you subscribe to updates, your email is stored manually by the data controller (for example, in his own email client) and the updates are also sent manually.

4. Data retention

Data associated with a one-off enquiry is kept only for as long as needed to reply to it. Data of those who subscribe to updates is kept while the subscription is active, and is deleted when unsubscription is requested or when it is no longer needed for that purpose.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to ra.13148@gmail.com. If you had subscribed to updates, you can unsubscribe by replying to any message or by writing directly to that address.

If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the regulation, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Minors

This site is not directed at minors. If data from a minor were unintentionally received, it will be deleted as soon as this is discovered.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to applicable regulation. The date of the last update appears at the foot of this page.
